These projects have involved all aspects of the legal and judicial system, including basic criminal procedure, jury trials, plea bargaining, pre-trial release, court administration, business entities, real property law, land use, tax administration, anti-monopoly law and procedure, arbitration and mediation, relationships among various entities within the criminal justice system, Federal-State-local relationships in law enforcement and environmental and natural resource protection, Legislative-Executive relationships, legislative drafting, environmental protection of port areas, and government support for small and medium size business.

In 2003, a formal relationship was established between the Leningrad Regional State University Law Faculty and the University of Baltimore Law School, looking to a range of contacts, including faculty and student exchanges and correspondence.
